The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle hiring of full-time candidates across various IRI departments. As a senior member of the talent acquisition team, you'll drive strategic staffing initiatives, drive incredible hires, and focus on some of the organization's highest priority open positions. You'll work in tandem with a recruiter to fully support designated client groups while supervising that recruiter's work.

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide departments with recruiting needs in Media, Analytics and Marketing Shopper Intelligence
  • Full life-cycle recruitment from point of sourcing candidates to offer decision communications
  • Partner with division leaders to plan and execute fast, efficient, and successful recruiting programs, anticipating opportunities and challenges and staying ahead of the curve
  • Develop and execute key sourcing strategies to attract talent
  • Report on recruiting progress to various levels of the organization through concise and consistent communications around requisition activity
  • Interface with the greater Talent Acquisition team to process candidates and fill positions
  • Assess candidates to determine if their qualifications match the job requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers to discuss candidate qualifications and placement

Required Skills/experience

  • Bachelors' Degree
  • Minimum 7 years recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for media or technology companies is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT
  • Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel
  • Strategic and forward-thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Project management experience
