Overview

The Client Service Representative provides customer service to physicians, nurses, families, clients and any facility utilizing laboratory services. The Client Service Representative communicates critical, alert and other lab results/clarifications to the responsible party.

Schedule: Part-Time, 10a-630p with flexibility to cover an occasional 3p-1130p shift, rotating weekends and holidays, benefits eligible

Responsibilities
    Acts as a resource for customers regarding Laboratory services
  • Documents client communications and concerns using the customer relationship management system
  • Communicates critical, alert and other lab values to the responsible party
  • Coordinates courier transportation of laboratory samples
  • Processes supply requests and maintains supply inventory
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years clinical laboratory experience perferred.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting Constantly (67-100%)
  • Talking in-person/on the phone Constantly (67-100%)
