Maintenance Technician
Location Worthington, Ohio Date posted March 01, 2024 Job ID 15800- Construct, install, PM and repair various maintenance related items throughout the facility
- Complete all preventative maintenance responsibilities on schedule
- Reorganization and rearrangement of the facility
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Installation, setup, and repair of equipment and facility items.
- Actively maintain an organized inventory (sourcing parts, minimizing on-hand inventory)
- Perform building maintenance and construction related duties as assigned
- Ensure all equipment & facility items are in an operational state
- Operate machine shop equipment (Drill press, milling machine, saw, belt sander, shears, rotex punch, hand tools and power tools)
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- A High School Diploma is required
- A minimum of 3 years of maintenance technician or related experience is required
- Associate Degree in a related field or Trade School diploma is preferred
- HVAC experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision; ability to communicate, plan, and organize for themselves effectively
