Our offices are full of genuine, fun, and down-to-earth people who believe in fostering an inclusive culture where all employees feel they belong. Loving where you work, who you're working with, and what you're working on is important to us, which is why we put our people first-they're at the heart of everything we do. From professional growth and development support and opportunities to give back to your community, to flexible work schedules and competitive benefits, we have a genuine interest in the whole you. You thrive in a deadline-driven environment, balance multiple projects-taking them from start to finish with minimum oversight while collaborating with design colleagues to perfect your craft. Motivated self-starters will enjoy the opportunity to help shape our video strategy-identifying best practices and mapping out new tactics for communicating internal and external messaging.

What we offer: You'll get to work with a skilled team of collaborative, creative and passionate designers who are committed to continuous improvement that leads to high-quality, engaging content. Every day is different, and we thrive on bringing our best to every project we take on. Gresham Smith is consistently ranked as a "Best Place to Work," and we are committed to fostering a culture where employees can bring their whole selves to work, feel valued and have the opportunity to thrive-both personally and professionally.
