Overview
The Institutional Cash Management (ICM) Non-Financial Risk and Controls (NFRC) function protects and enables the ICM business to ensure a safer, more transparent, and a more accessible financial system. ICM NFRC achieves this by creating a robust framework to protect the financial system from illicit actors while ensuring stability of controls to deliver a sustainable product. As the ICM Metrics and Information Manager, you will be responsible to collect and report all relevant data to ensure risk management awareness and prioritization. This includes country, currency, regional, and group wide reporting. This also includes a range of data types, score processing, and dashboard creation.

What You'll Do
Collect and govern relevant data to inform the risk management activities of ICM
Design process and automation to collect and distribute metrics and executive messaging via dashboards to executive councils and stakeholders
Analyze data and track outcomes to ensure end to end risk categorization and mitigation
Create dashboards for specific client consumption based on risk indicators
Develop country dashboard views to present total risks introduced via payments and correlate to risk mitigation activities
Validate all data collected and before distribution to stakeholders
Skills You'll Need
Relevant experience with ICM products, FCR data, and dashboard reporting
Serve as point person in relation to data collection, governance, and distribution
Ability to search data for FCR risk attributes
Experience related to working/interfacing with various 1st and 2nd line stakeholders / departments ensure a unified approach
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong data and information handling experience
Proven ability in working through data systems, and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to shift priorities based on demands
Self-motivated and detailed oriented
Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $115,000 to $185,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
