Financial Operations oversees the financial and accounting operations of the unit including the following fiscal services financial systems, reporting and internal controls, policies and regulations. Develops and maintains the unit budget system and budgetary policies. Supports the unit in budget preparation, forecasting, identifying and implementing strategic initiatives
