National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services, is looking for an experienced team member to join the Acquisition and Development Construction Team.

We are seeking a full time Pre-Construction and Design Manager who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

The Pre-Construction and Design Manager is responsible for leading pre-construction efforts on a development pipeline valued in excess of $50 million. This position is the Owner's lead staff person managing the Architect, Consultant, and General Contractor relationships during the design phase of the development process.

Qualified candidates for this position offer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or design
• 3-7 years of experience in pre-construction management, preferably in the field of multi-family housing or a related field
