Summary: We are seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee staff, training and inventory. As a Bar Supervisor, you will ensure high standards and hygiene, motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years experience as a Bar Supervisor or team leader, be ready to work evenings and weekends, have familiarity with a POS system and be proficient in stock management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
- Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.
- Trains stand attendants and creates weekly work schedules.
- Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
- Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- One to two years of bar experience or leadership experience (please provide a resume).
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer and POS proficiency.
- Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure.
- Must pass a background check.
