Primary Function

Responsible for providing all orders and necessary detail to the Shipping floor from Order Entry/Sales in an organized and timely manner to insure on-time shipments to the customers.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate orders, stock on hand needed to meet Retail and Wholesale Customer requirements.
  • Generate outbound, picking list, release outbound, packing list, and bills of ladings.
  • Coordinate all delivery times and dates with customer pickups.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with Order Entry regarding all orders and pertinent details.
  • Coordinate all shipping and product aspects of shipping to and from AOS plants.
  • Greet incoming visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Tracks damage shipments and files claims
  • Daily/weekly/monthly departmental reports
  • Back up to Parts Coordinator
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Role Specific Responsibilities
Qualifications

  • SAP & Aquahub experience preferred
  • Comprehensive Product Knowledge and Order Entry/Sales expectations.
  • Excellent written and inter-personal skills.
  • Computer literate, with Word and Excel experience.
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience
Minimum of 6 months related work experience
