Duties & Responsibilities:

These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with faculty and SMEs to design, develop, and implement learning experiences that help learners achieve instructional goals through active engagement and reflection.
  • Integrate experiential learning methods and activities into courses or standalone learning experiences.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, provide technical assistance, and stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in experiential learning.
  • The developer's expertise in instructional design, multimedia tools, and adult learning theories ensures the effective delivery of experiential learning opportunities for DAU's students and faculty.
  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Has expert technical knowledge.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • May supervise others.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 10 years of experience

Minimum Education:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
