Job Description

Information Technology is responsible for the use of any computers, software applications, storage, networking and other hardware or physical devices, infrastructures and processes for creating, managing, securing and exchanging all forms of electronic data. It incorporates leading-edge techniques for collaboratively enhancing the performance of installed systems, identifying new technologies, developing applications and transitioning from legacy to new systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as an enterprise, solution, or application architect; systems integrator; or equivalent experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to intake client business requirements and translate them into executable technical solutions, architecture requirements, and long-term value-focused roadmaps.
  • Able to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and with customers
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with at least one common Enterprise Architecture framework, such as TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner or ArchiMate (TOGAF preferred)
  • Experience and understanding of multiple (3 or more) technical domains application, data, cloud, etc.
  • Experience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners
  • Proven experience in creating technical best practices, architecture diagrams, and current/future roadmaps.
  • Possess and demonstrate superlative executive presence.
  • Confidently able to lead, collaborate, and make decisions in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives; capacity to foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
