Job Description
Purpose of Position

The Aircraft Appearance Standards Coordinator is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all Aircraft Appearance Standards cleaning events. This includes identifying the required cleaning scope based on pre-determined cleaning schedules, reports of the aircraft's current conditions and budgetary adherence. The Aircraft Appearance Standards Coordinator will document all of these cleanings in detail to assist with scheduling and overall aircraft mission readiness.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and identify required cleaning scope for each aircraft. Based on cleaning schedules, reports of current conditions and budgetary adherence.
  • Adherence to departmental policy with regards to standard operating procedures, checklists & reports.
  • Record in detail all scheduled and completed Appearance Standards work to ensure proper documentation of all Appearance Standards work.
  • Assist the Aircraft Appearance Standards Lead with departmental requirements. Including development and execution of new initiatives, procedures, and policy.
  • Assist with schedule coverage depending on operational need.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Two years of aviation experience; preferred
