Position Summary:
The Marketing Campaign Specialist, will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and analyzing our marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, member engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that make a real impact on our business.

What you will do:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns in line with our company's goals and objectives. Create campaign briefs, timelines, and budget proposals.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials, such as emails, landing pages, social media content, direct mailers, and advertisements.
  • Audience Segmentation: Segment our target audience based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences, tailoring campaigns to specific member segments for maximum impact.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs, and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and implement A/B tests to refine campaign elements and improve conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and according to plan.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, as well as other departments (internal and external) such as retail banking, business services, IT, analytics, and finance to ensure seamless campaign execution.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Concentration in Marketing preferred) Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 4-6 years Relevant Marketing and/or Communication experience Preferred
  • 4-6 years Marketing campaign management, including strategy, execution, and analysis. Preferred
  • 1-3 years - Banking product and service knowledge Preferred
  • 1-3 years Marketing copywriting, specifically for financial institutions (preferred) or similar industry. Preferred
  • Marketing campaign platforms and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, or similar). (High proficiency)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (High proficiency)
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities (High proficiency)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills (High proficiency)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. (High proficiency)
