Responsibilities:

  • Act as a welcoming face for incoming sales calls, providing prompt and professional assistance to both internal partners and external customers.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage contracts, room blocks, and seamless communication across all hotel departments, guaranteeing our guests receive the exceptional service we promise.
