As the Administration Support Coordinator, you will help provide routine clerical support for teams within the Automotive Refinish Team. You will perform multiple administrative tasks, maintaining records, and offering support to the site's leadership team and Labor Relations Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Site Coordinator you will work on-site at our Delaware, Ohio facility.
Key Responsibilities
Provide routine clerical support, including copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures.
Support the administrative needs of the site's leadership team and Labor Relations Manager.
Conduct attendance audits, manage vacation filing and tracking, and handle Union labor processes and paperwork.
Coordinate New Hire Orientation Training and Evaluations.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system for efficient document organization.
Offer general support to site managers in multiple administrative tasks.
Support the E Qualifications tracking system and act as a backup for payroll processes.
Provide miscellaneous support tasks to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of office management procedures.
Experience with Kronos or a similar payroll system.
