DNV Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer within our Midstream/Downstream and Labs Service Area. We are looking for someone who has a passion for consulting within the pipeline industry and is looking to make an impact by identifying and supporting new market opportunities as well as identifying opportunities for performance improvement within existing services and teams.

This position will be based out of Columbus, Ohio.

What You'll Do

• Provide SME input and other industry know-how on a variety of projects
• Project Manage projects for larger projects or niche projects, as requested
• Provide leadership to team as well provide foresight related to business opportunities and help develop this in others
• Evaluate new market opportunities related to pipelines and coordinate/develop a team to pursue selected opportunities
• Demonstrate a consultative mindset and develop similar skills within team
• Business development to support achievement of sales targets for team
• Write or oversee the submittal of multi-disciplinary/complex proposals
