Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to our "Customer First" standards, both in person and over the phone.
- Efficiently pull and load customer orders while following safe material handling procedures.
- Generate accurate paperwork, including invoices and purchase orders.
- Process customer returns and warranties promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and facility.
- Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
- Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
- Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.
Work Environment: Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.
