Job Description
The Employee and Labor Relations Department (ELR) is responsible for maintaining and improving employee relationships via communication, performance management, investigations, labor relations, processing grievances and disputes, and interpreting university policies.
The ELR Sr. Representative is responsible for the research, collection, and delivery of information to satisfy public record requests or subpoenas. Use of various programs such as ServiceNow, OnBase, and Workday to enter employee actions, including but not limited to, creating severance worksheets, entering involuntary termination entries, uploading performance management documentation, maintaining employee personnel records. Use of university and medical center policy and process knowledge to respond to initial ELR inquiries or assign them to the appropriate ELR team member. Additional duties may include, participating in ELR and HR projects, running reports, information gathering, and assisting ELR team members to draft communication.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 4 years of employee relations and/or HR generalist experience.
