The Supply Chain Process Lead will support the SIOP and Global Supply Chain ERP business processes for Life Sciences and its Key Suppliers.

Will create & manage integrated supply chain business processes. Will educate & train Global Supply Chain resources and cross-functional teams on the deployment of supply chain best practices. Will issue & deploy KPI's to drive clear end-to-end cross-functional process accountability. Will manage process and tool development, standardization and automation; so as to consistently meet customer requirements, while improving team productivity.

Key Accountabilities:

Design and Implement Supply Chain Optimization and Harmonization. This includes working with the Global Supply Chain team to develop standard processes around Data Management, Business Strategy, Demand Planning, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, Purchasing, Material Planning and Distribution / Logistics. Ad-hoc data gathering, analysis research and validation using ERP system. Develop and ensure escalation of issues and action plans.

KPI and Performance: Monitor and drive improvement on the Global Supply Chain's KPI's. Deliver metric improvement through standardized process and data alignment to promote engagement and improved accuracy of KPIS, with root cause analysis for sustained improvements, and develop new OPIs to drive process ad.vancement. Assure compliance of SOP's while making improvements and process changes.

Relationships & Collaboration: Help foster trusting relationships with business partners. Consult internal customers to understand and validate service performance. Proactively seek opportunities to improve business process and service initiatives. Effectively communicate and collaborate with customer service, finance, supply chain, operations, data governance and information systems technology

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related, required

5+ years of experience within Supply Chain (i.e. Analyst, Logistics Coordination, Scheduling, Planning, etc.); Required.

Experience within manufacturing; Required.

1+ years of experience with QAD, APS, Factivity, and other SG/internal systems; Preferred.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,450 to $135,740. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
