Position: IT Asset and Procurement Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset and Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Asset Management System. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and detail-oriented background with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintain hardware stock, accessories, and supplies to established min/max levels
- Perform audits on software usage and licensing quantities
- Forecast inventory needs for new employees and refresh cycles
- Create/Run reports and provide to management
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Asset Management System
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
